2027 Applications are now being accepted. Review of applications will begin December 1, 2026. Please provide your current contact information below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Returning Participants

Previously participated in a Strategic Blessings program while in a correctional facility and have since returned to the community? If you are continuing services within the same calendar year, you do not need to complete a new application. Please contact Strategic Blessings so we can update your information, confirm continued eligibility, and discuss next steps for continuing services.
