Glenda Cosby, M.A.T.
Vice Chair
Glenda Cosby offers 14 years of professional experience in higher education, with a focus on helping adult learners navigate barriers and achieve their educational goals. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and offers expertise in leadership, program and project management, supervision, and training development. A graduate of Leadership Franklin County, she also has a history of community service, including volunteer work with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Her experience developing programs, guiding individuals through challenges, and creating opportunities for growth brings valuable perspective to the Strategic Blessings Board of Directors
Milini Worthy
Secretary
Milini Worthy has built her life and career around caring for others and serving her community. A Certified Nursing Assistant specializing in hospice care, she provides compassionate care to individuals and families during important seasons of life. She is also the Founder and Director of The Prom Blessing Closet in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Married for 25 years and the mother of six children, she brings to the Strategic Blessings Board a personal understanding of family, compassion, and service.
Carolyn T. Williams
Treasurer
Carolyn Williams brings more than 30 years of federal government service to the Strategic Blessings Board of Directors. Her career included positions with the Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of the Army, and U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she served in information technology, systems security, and web administration before retiring in 2015. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional career through volunteer work with the USO, Boys & Girls Club, and Girl Scouts. She also enjoys bringing people together and encouraging others through faith, connection, and community.
Rochelle Plummer, PhD
Board Chair | Founder & Executive Director
Rochelle Plummer brings a distinguished background in leadership, coaching, and organizational development to her role as Board Chair of Strategic Blessings. A certified Corporate and Master Life Coach who holds a doctorate, she provides strategic leadership and vision for the organization, guiding its growth and commitment to strengthening parent-child relationships. As Founder and Executive Director, Dr. Plummer also leads the development and delivery of parenting education and coaching programs designed to equip parents navigating significant life transitions.
